The Erie Canal Elk and Animal Sanctuary is a haven & a
non-profit sanctuary for farm animals and wildlife located in
Canal Fulton, Ohio
Our mission is:
Offer care, rehabilitation, and permanent sanctuary for
neglected, abandoned or unwanted animals. Provide protected
habitat for wildlife, furnish information to the public regarding
wildlife issues. And to promote compassion and humane
treatment for all animals.
Make a Donation:
The Erie Canal Elk and Animal Sanctuary is a non-profit
organization. It is run entirely by donations from the public
and does not receive any county, state, or federal funding.
Donations go directly to help feed and care for the animals,
and are fully tax-deductible as allowed by federal tax laws.

offering a way you can off set your foot print. What we are doing is offering here at the
Erie Canal Elk and Animal Sanctuary is this:
For a donation we will plant a tree on our property in your name. We will care for your
tree and insure it grows strong and healthy. There fore off setting your "carbon footprint"
on the planet and you can feel good about what you've done to help. Because make no
mistake this is a big environmental problem and we want to be apart of the solution.
Send an email along with your donation letting us know which program you would like to
support or both programs if you can. The whole earth benefits from our work and others
like us and we need all the support we can get.
